Fans can look forward to meeting a new cast of characters unique to Blood & Gears, who all have their own motives and complexity.

The animatronic and environment designs in Blood & Gears take heavy inspiration from real-world establishments such as Chuck E. Cheese's and Showbiz Pizza.When creating the designs, there was a heavy emphasis on authenticity and groundedness. It was important for the animatronic performers to be cute and cuddly during the day and only appear creepy and unsettling under the right circumstances.
